WELCOME TO THE CHALKDOWN 100 CLUB

A great way for you to support us whilst having a flutter!

Here’s how it works …

 

 

  1.  Complete and sign the membership form.
  2.  Set up a standing order for £5 payable on the 1st day of each month. Please note Chalkdown RDA has set up a designated bank account for the 100 Club.
  3.  Alternatively, a cheque or BACS payment for £60 can be submitted for an annual subscription.
  4.  This buys you one membership number that we will allocate and this will be entered into the monthly draw
  5.  You may buy more than one number.
  6.  All participants must be aged 16 or over.
  7.  The draw will take place on the third or fourth Thursday of every month at Duckhurst Farm during the RDA tea break and two numbers will be drawn by one of our riders or a non-participating member of the 100 Club.
  8.  If you win you will be notified by email and a BACS payment will be sent to your bank account
  9.  The monthly prize fund of £100 will be divided over two placings as follows:  1st Prize £75 and 2nd Prize £25.
  10. Please return the completed application form to chalkdown100club@gmail.com or hand it back to Chair Pauline, Secretary Catherine or Club Administrator, Anna, at Duckhurst on a Wednesday or Thursday.
  11.  Each month’s winning numbers will be published on the Chalkdown Facebook page and displayed in the café on session days.
  12.  All monies raised over and above the prize money will be donated to Chalkdown RDA.
  13.  All information provided on the application form will remain strictly confidential, for use by relevant RDA personnel only, in compliance with the statutory requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.
